I would think anyone harmed (at the very least) by this latest round of deceit and mismanagement should be able to sue.... regardless of whether or not your shares were sold. But since I'm not a lawyer, all the more reason to find a firm as soon as possible to look into these things. Again, I would volunteer to do this, but....honestly....I know I'd suck. And after all we've been thru, we deserve to give it the best shot we can. So c'mon posters F,S,C,Y,K,C etc....it will be a heroic gesture, even if the only thing we accomplish is making life a little more difficult on these SOBs.
