Charts really do say that $3.68 is the target price and may go to $5 before the retrace to around $3.


Just go on the pennant and not the Ichi thing. It really is like the SAR. A backwards guess on what could happen.

Look at the pennant formed and the next step could be to $3.68 or higher before the retrace.

JMHO. My one post for today. Hope you all found other places to get some important DD like OWCP investor site.
