Fair enough.

I've been looking and I will continue to do my own DD. Came across some information regarding acquisitions but my experience with this...in most cases it translates into fluff. Again, I am looking for solid reasons. Management, some revenue (knowing these stocks do not generate revenue for the most part) or possible merger or acquisition (which can generate a spike for a short time...enough to make some money and get out).
