Purdue already knows that there are no violations,and if necessary $ELTP IP Litigation lawyers Baker and Hostetler would be most delighted to take on any and all frivolous nonsense Purdue claim violations.

Indeed; Nasrat conveyed to me when I met him he is not worried about Purdue suing them - and almost acted as if he looked forward to Purdue suing Elite - he understands Purdue will settle out of court should that happen. Plus, Elite is holding an Ace - Ken Smith - Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for Alpharma. Ken already knows Purdue's playbook.
