KPAY UPDATED FACT SHEET MARCH 2017

KinerjaPay Corp., ("KPAY" or "the Company"), headquartered in New York with an office in Jakarta
Indonesia, offers payment solutions to its users and merchants in

Indonesia, as well as shopping
experience through its own E-Commerce platform called KinerjaMall.com. KPAY offers variety of
payment channles to its users to pay bills such as utility, health insurance, credit card, phone bills,
and many more. Through its indegenous platform, the Company can also facilitate instant remittance
from its financial platform to any banks registered in Indonesia.

Due to its increasing popularity,
the Company launched its own E-Commerce platform to boost its transaction volume in
Online Shopping. In Nov 2016, the Company launched its own E-Commerce platform called Kinerja
Mall.com. Since then, the transaction volume from its E-Commerce platform has increased to more
than 1,000 transactions per day.
KPAY went public in Feb 2016 by taking over the previous Company called SolarFlex Corp., traded
as SFEX before.

The Company successfully changed its ticker symbol to "KPAY" in April 2016 once
approved by the Security Exchange Commission (SEC).
Led by Chairman & CEO Edwin Witarsa Ng and its new distinguished Board of Directors, KPAY has
successfully demonstrated a strong turnaround with rapid transaction volume growth and $1.2
Million capital raised in 2016.

With US Education background from University of Southern California
in Business Administration study, Mr. Ng believes that the Next Big Thing in Asia will be driven
by the growth of E-Commerce and digital financial technology to support the transformation.
The market for KPAY is rapidly growing and the Company is ready for the exponential growth this
year. With most of its development fully deployed in 2016, the Company has now positioned itself
to gear up its transaction volume as well as Revenue starting 2017. With more than 100 million
Internet users in Indonesia and more than 320 million Internet users in Southeast Asia regions, the
Company aims to provide its digital payment solutions as well as to penetrate into an ever-growing
E-Commerce market in Asia.

The Company also sees good opportunity to establish its stronghold in
Indonesia due to its large potential from 58% unbanked population and 5% credit card penetration
to Indonesia's 260 million population. KPAY has also partnered with all major telco providers in the
country to provide convenient phone topups from its platform. Users can perform instant topup of
their phone balance or purchase data plan at their ease and convenience.

The Company sees big
opportunity in this industry as it represents more than $4 billion market per annum and growing.
KPAY also plans to venture into other lucrative industries in Indonesia, such as travel industry, food
delivery service, gaming industry, and many more in this year. In 2017, the Company's Agenda is all
