STAF just received a non-binding buyout offer at 1.10 from a guy who holds 34% of the stock. It is non-binding, but I am thinking they just can't ignore the guy if he has that big of a position.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
