i agree that this is one area where the service can still improve. i've had Pirates of the Caribbean in my Queue for around 3 months now, and it just stays as "high demand." i've emailed customer service (and explained my concern as both a subscriber and an investor), and they assure me that they constantly monitor the need for new inventory. this may be something that requires the attention of Chip or JF -- they don't need to get a reputation for not having high demand movies available, after all they have done over the past few months to improve their service and reputation.
