What PL says is basically The BOD's grand strategy is to sit back and see if the market can figure out what a great company Avid is. If the market is too stupid and that does not work we wash our hands of it and do up to a 1 for 7 reverse split. REMEMBER shareholders said it was ok!!! not our(BOD) fault!!!
