in theory ,yes ,but with the losses being incurred it will be at least 4 years until it does ,based on nasdaq requirements . must be profitable for 3 years and 11 million in combined sales, share volume ,trades,etc all plays a pert in it. due your homework is all im going to say , there is 10 tons of info out there about this . look at it allread prior post and follow some links before investing
