Actually, you are 100% incorrect.. the only rule about insider information is you have to release it to everyone at the same time. So.. Rufus could provide any proof he wanted to simply by putting it on his website and publishing a press release announcing it was there. If you are gonna spout what the rules of this game are, I suggest you learn them first.
