I'm an amateur but he obviously not talking about an interaction with OWCP, but rather with the office that is creating the ETF of MJ stocks. Seems like it would be illegal for them to give him info that is not publicly released. So his post only validates that from what he saw there is an office that seemed legit and OWCP is on track to be on an ETF soon.
