Kinda grim with this Ticker Symbol. Outcome for the Ticker Symbol is 50/50 it looks like.

Jed capitulated. Discovery in May. New attorney accepted.

On Feb 21, Jed Perlowin (Bruce's brother) consented to an entry of final judgement in the case:
