Depends on who you're talking about. Indoor versus outdoor makes a drastic difference. Indoor increases the costs substantially but will still get the benefit of lowering overall costs because a higher quality product brings more profit.

When talking CBD or other cannabinoid that aren't THC the higher the % the less plant material you need to actually produce your end product.

Legally speaking, 0 THC Hemp is closer to being acceptable across many applications and in society in general than 0 THC Cannabis. Even tho both are well on the way in my opinion.

With XXII tech the industry will get the % ratios they need, more plant material in the end to produce the various industrial products that can also be sold.
