There are other reasons. The current SP means nothing for the buyout. This is not a standard buyout of a large cap company. It is a disruptive product that they unfairly kept out of market. Do you know who they punished more than the DECN shareholders? Poor millions who wanted a superior product at affordable prices...David vs. Goliath. Payback time is near...
