Good morning $ISBG! Yesterday was a promising day. It looks like the selling has stopped. Hopefully we will see an uptrend going into next week as we saw the week before. On or our shareholders that doesn't post on the board shared this with me and it fully explains what many of us have said about the dilution. Hope it helps any who have been frustrated and worried. Share dilution may happen any time a company needs additional capital, seeing as new shares are issued on the public markets. Growth opportunities are an indicator of a potential share dilution. Commonly used to obtain investment capital that may be needed to fund large projects and new ventures. Basically, any emerging capital needs or growth opportunities may precipitate share dilution.
The potential upside of share dilution is that the capital the company receives from selling additional shares can improve the company's profitability and the value of its stock.
