You phrase so well so some might actually listen to you , so allow me to clarify , for those who might listen to you and it is all based on DD and not only on what self appointed experts are posting:
1. Owcp has 8 patents . If you had any real understanding about the IP world you will understand that the way they operate and widen their IPs' is the only way to operate in the BioPharma industry
2. Owcp products do not need FDA approval to get on shelves in states that allow MMJ ( Colorado etc) .
In fact they can offer the product tomorrow morning . But they await clinical supporting data to differ themselves from the other 250 creams out there , some are home manufactured creams .
Currently physicians don't recommend because they don't know what the hell is in those creams and if they safe ( not to mention if they are actually effective )
Owcp will be able to provide safety protocol covered by IRB approval and efficacy results which are great .
