I hope iam not getting to much wrong interpret, my point is really not that Co needs to buy something and or needs to do anything at all, Co can do what ever they want and or what ever they are able to do.

My point is only the reason that were given by Co, if they had given another reason, example we did not liked the terms from the proposal and or we hope to get a better deal via the silicon valley, or we wont because we cant, or we decided us on a different manner, even if they had not given a reason at all, i wouldn't do any comments on it. And telling again, that Co can do what ever they want do.

But when they are telling, we are not going to buy out a +20M$ revenue Co, because we told earlier and we still wont do a R/S against shareholders, because of not willing to hurt them and with that, we wont trade at Nasdaq.

And iam telling, if that is the only reason, that Co wont do the R/S for Nasdaq listing, that they still could buy any Co, in case they are going to find one and in case they are still willing to buy one, so that the Sp could raise higher after the big buyout and much higher from deals with forts 50 cos.
Not even talking now from those Investors that would buy in TTCM after such a big buyout and deals with Fort 50s and possible that there would be not a R/S needed when they would do the Nasdaq thing later, as example early 2018.

Lastly willing to tell, maybe Co really thinks and tries to protect us from the R/S, which sure is very great and unique in OTC..a OTC CO that tries to protect its shareholders from the R/S, wont be seen again.

But maybe Co wasnt really aware of it yet, that if a OTC CO, that does a R/S, specifically for the nasdaq listing, that those companies moving mostly up after the Split and not down. Good for 500-1000%, depends sure on Co it self. But iam not saying that Co needs to do a R/S for the Nasdaq yet or ever, but the SP will massive reflect big acquisitions and licensing deals with fortune 50s, so that a R/S would be not needed when there would be enough time for the SP to crystallize from it self, or only very small.
