It is a bit confusing and someone said it doesn't apply to this filing for the Q but they checked the box for the 15 days and in the next section its says 5 days so not sure if they are assuming 15 days since they checked that box or what.

I am sure its not a problem they are working hard getting this all together and catching up on all filings which so far so good. I am not going to panic over this filing its really nothing the 8k is what we want to see. If they have a penalty for being a day or 2 late it should be minimal IMO
