i had some chill time to think about it again, iam still the opinion that we dont need to buy +20M$ revenue Co to trade at NASDAQ immediately, it would so or so take 4 months (90 days*), which we would need to hold the minimum bid price during that times too. So to say, it wont be so or so that fast happening. (depends on which standard TTCM would use, easiest would be via the market value standard)

But what we could do and by assuming that it was a good deal, which seemed to me, just to do it and to buy such a CO, to be already prepared for later, for the future nasdaq listing, with thinking that the SP is later much higher, after such a buyout and deals with fort 50s. This is one part of the Story.

An acquisitions strategy could put KlickZie in a position to fund its own technology rollout and diversification in house, without recourse to additional large investors.”

The other point is, that Co maybe dont has the capacity to run such a Business and its sure also with big risk included, which i sure would agree on. Dr Leonard sure wants to see Klickzie coming first, or let say that he sure wants to put his effort in Klickzie and that he does not have time to run a big business too, But that wasnt the PRED reason from CO.

And lastly, even if Co want to buy such a Business, they need to find 1 good 1, which wont be that easy, i mean who would sell such high reputable and profitable Business? Noone, or the owners are very old and going to retire and or something turns wrong in future with this CO and the owner tries to get rid of it early and in very less scenarios, the owner needs that money asap for some important things and is selling.

But i still do not agree about the reason that Co wrote in its last news, that should be not the reason. I would agree on points like, we dont have the capacity, or something like that. And again, even if they want to buy, they first need to find one, which would agree on to be bought from a OTC CO, which wont be easy. TTCM
