Very good points. And we should note that they did not have to attach any warrants!
It would be interesting to know who bought these shares. My guess would be it was done very quickly because these people have financed this company before and know its great potential. Some have suggested the Pelican deal was to sweeten the pot for a partnership or buyout.
Time will tell!
