This subject was brought up months ago and was answered. Dynamic Applications has nothing to do with OWCP and its management. Let me explain you why.

When OWCP wanted to be publicly traded they had two options, file for IPO or buy an existing public company and change its ticker. The second option is way too cheaper especially if you're buying a bankrupt company like Dynamic Applications.

This is exactly what OWCP did to become publicly traded: buy the bankrupt Dynamic's 100% shares and change the ticker to OWCP! That simple!
