When a company goes IPO with the help of a underwriter, it usually does a roadshow to introduce company to the investing community.

What ARYC lacks is such a road show to attract the attention of wall street.

Either they are not ready (too ashamed to be on the OTC and waiting for uplisting to NASDAQ first) or they are too clueless in this aspect of Business Management.
