tcm7- the most infuriating part of that document you are quoting (and there is plenty to choose from!) is the brazen refusal to comply with the court order back in Dec to provide the discovery docs, e-mails etc....

I hope Hon Judge Shannon brings down the hammer on DMRJ's lack of compliance to his order. These PP guys/Attys never cease to amaze me.

I appreciate how the E.C> and our Attys enumerated specific examples of what was requested and has not been received. Incredibly important and pertinent information that they are sitting on!
