Does anyone want to chime in on what Trump knows or don't know or thinking?

Malfeasance by definition is "Wrongdoing especially by a public official" Was 2011 Nov at the time of the 3rd Amendment NWS? Maybe what Trump was saying is our government took advantage or neglected regulations of the GSE and this crashed the financials.

It seems Trump wasn't directly bashing FNMA because if he did, he would not have used the word Malfeasance pointing government officials.
