Today, I contacted the CEO Richard Stig Astrom. He confirmed that this ticker is no longer being offered for sale and that a Merger is currently in the works. Likely explains the recent volume on this stock. I have updated the board information with his current contact information if you wish to verify these statements. I will continue my DD on this stock. Just wanted to provide what I have obtained so far.
