Thanks for what? This is from that same source quoted by james. That author clearly does not understand how the stock market works or what the SEC does. So nothing is clear or even credible with those two quotes. Hjoe is REVOKED, not dark. Sorry. (<:

That is what I gathered from talking to the company. Good thing about being dark is the company can be a little more direct with shareholders since there is no way to trade on "inside information." Full disclosure becomes somewhat of a moot point as long as anything disclosed /discussed is made public before company resumes trading.
