80% chance? Yah, right. it's worth a bet, just because the reward would be so great if it succeeded, but to say it has an 80% chance of success when hundreds of AD trials over the years have had a .06% rate of success; and with NO human clinical data to speak to corroborate efficacy...hmmmm.

I'm not commenting the percentage but just reminding that we DO have some clinical data.

In my opinion people don't generally understand what compassionate data really means. Dr Alkon has tried to explain part of it in some presentations.
