We are going to build a full scale plant to process PRB coal for exports
We are going to test foreign coal to show what are process can do for it
And I'm assuming that if it is proven to be worth while they would want to build there own plant ...
Which would then decrease the exports for PRB .. yes ?
Seems like this would be a bit of a conflict... especially if the DOE puts up some money
Anybody have any thoughts on this ?
Also someone sent an email a few days ago .. did you get a response?
