I could have thruthfully written this sentence myself.

However, contrary to you, I did not stop monitoring the situation and kept looking at IH.

I therefore know that an significant asset of some kind is behind the stocks and therefore my shares are worth something ... presumably significant.

I doubt being victim of a second scam from different people located behind a same stock.

The issue however is that whatever the new management team is doing (or not), they do not let it known waithing for God knows what reason.

I right now would not recommend a friend to buy in right now (high risk caused by lack of info) but I certainly would not sell my shares now, having already discounted them a few years ago (before the court cases) and considering there is a probability (???) that the Fundamentals may justify current PPS, maybe a much better one.

This being said, it would be nice if management was showing some transparency but, whatever their reasons, they decided to remain hidden behind a frustrating, ridiculous and unjustifyable silence, thereby showing total disrespect for the small shareholders still involved.
