It's like someone doesn't want the price to go up or down much either way. That the person or persons do not want the large sells to take the price down YET they don't want to fill larger buys until a sell comes as to not shoot the price up by gobbling up all the little sells!?!?!?!? Something very wierd is happening and for the life of me I can't figure out what it is exactly.
