The contention appears to be that Bryostatin is going to cause seizures "especially" in Alzheimer's patients because it causes "unregulated synaptogenesis". I say the previous because, apparently Bryostatin was administered at higher doses for 2 1/2 years in cancer patients without causing seizures so there must be something different about Alzheimer's patients, or the argument falls apart. Correct?

Soooo here is the challenge.

Do the google search as suggested and somewhere, "anywhere" in the first four pages (go deeper if desired, I got bored at page 4) of results pull a quote that illustrates the point. Put the quote (with link) here for all to read. I am certainly looking forward to it because I did not even see Alzheimer's mentioned once in any of the results.


The quote should reference Alzheimers, synaptogenesis and its relationship to seizure activity don't you think?


The failure rate in Alzheimer's trials is ~100% so imho no one should be buying "a large position" here or in any Alzheimer's stock for that matter, unless they understand that they could lose most, if not all of their money.
