He did say that DOLV was currently in a "Blue Sky Breakout"
I guess that means that the levels of resistance are unknown at this point.

So we could see a quick pop to a penny and the pullback from there or it could chug all the way up to 2 cents before pulling back. It's gonna be interesting to see which way it trades and how nasty the pullback period is...
