I took over a few months ago to turn this around. Previous management left the company in pretty bad shape. It's been a process,be we are slowly getting things back in order. An 8k should be coming shortly, and we are beginning the work to get current.
Currently we have no substantial revenue. We are in discussions with several companies in regards to the utilizing the optimization software created by Mr Cornell and Voosh. And no, Mr Cornell will not be going to Canada, spoke to him yesterday,and even if so, no impact at all on our agreement.
We are trying to get everything current, including the website, but my first priority is to get the company financials in order. Important moving forward.
