I'm fairly new here too. Doing some DD before investing. Kevin Cornell from what I've read was the one who created the software that AmbiCom sells hence why Voosh where he is CEO now is in partnership together. Previous CEO is John Huang and he was the one who brought this company down. Alain confirmed to me he has a good relationship with Kevin. I questioned him about a recent article I read with Kevin wanting to move back to Canada cause of Trump (lol) and Kevin assured him he wasn't but even if he did it wouldn't affect the agreement.
