Clawman, as an attorney I find it funny that you have to resort to name calling instead of debating the issue YOU WERE WRONG ABOUT? You made the statement that bashers would be the next to be going to jail, now back it up with some case history instead of your childish name calling. Isnt that what attorneys are about, backing up their arguement with case history????????Bet you cant cite one case where someone not under oath and telling a lie went to jail can you? And you damn sure will have a much harder time finding a case, where in a debate two posters presented two different arguements on a subject and one because he was negative went to jail.

If that were the truth, Johny Cochran would be in jail right now for the misrepresentations he displayed in the OJ case. Especially the one where he had witnesses testify they passed OJ and didnt see a cut on his hand, especially when they knew by his own statement he had cut his hand before making the trip. Did the witnesses lie, probably not. As they passed his seat on the plane they probably didnt look at his hands to see if one had a cut. But the ATTORNEYS knew darn well it was cut when he boarded that plane, and misrepresented to the jury that there was no cut, since no passengers saw it. So why is it ok for attorneys to lie and stretch the truth, but not an IHUB poster????????
