Board........just a question that I cannot answer on my own

Why does DNAP continuously wait until the last minute every quarter to file? Many companies much larger and with more complex revenue streams file early ( remember 45 days after the end of a quarter is a deadline, not a target)and DNAP has a history of filing for extentions ( longs will know this well )

Is there a legitimate reason or advantage to doing this that I am not aware of?
