I expect that this stock will be good for a minimum of $3 to $4 in the near outset (when construction takes place). There's NO reason why this isn't what we think it is. They have the land, the railway to deliver, and the valuation is being worked on and permits will be very easily granted by the State of Texas, not the federal government...I wish I had more $$ to throw down on this - anything under a penny is a gift. IMO
