Samsa....I Once owned a stock and I do believe to this day there was "selling into the offering" which is 100% ILLEGAL. So most are all talk and no action, so I went to the SEC site and followed the directions to fill out a report. Yes it takes some time. I heard back about a month later saying they accepted my complaint and would look into it but either way I would never hear back after that notice. Shortly afterwards the company got bought out and everyone was happy. It wa sa bio too.
It's just I am an old man and my life no longer allows for the energy and time it takes to do things and file reports. Maybe an under 65 would raise some cane.
