This was a premeditated scam perpetrated by Paul Carlin using his brewery as the bait. This was a well planed scam. After the mass dilution caused in conjunction with Carlin's scam partner Ray Barton's GVSI convertible debt destroyed the GVSI share price, after Carlin's begging on the internet for equipment funds could generate only $1,200 of the $30,000 goal, all of a sudden Carlin announces he found other financing to buy the equipment for the brewery & that the brewery could open by this summer. Then Carlin immediately announces that GVSI is no longer in the brewery business, that Long Beard Brewing is now a private company. It is obvious that Carlin is a scammer & with is partner Ray Barton purposely used his brewery as bait to scam all GVSI shareholders. Carlin is vermin & should be in jail with his partner Ray Barton.
