I believe the litigation will be a success and I am ok with waiting. The potential settlement compared to the market cap is huge, and stocks trade future state so we may see the stock move well before any money is received. The packaging does look like it's 80 years old, but so are a large portion of the potential buyers lol. As for sales and marketing we will have to wait and see if progress has been made. Still has a lot going for it at .10 a share
