This to me is a desperate attempt, of course this should of happened as soon as the PP news broke. I doubt this happened due to some 'forcing function' tied to funding. I think this happened b/c of that recent HIT piece that was referenced here earlier. In conclusion, does this really make any REAL impact to a deep pocket looking to provide capitol to the company? as a side note, what was Life Tech capitol doing in that lawsuit? this to me is sooo very strange for them to pile on. Now the company lost lifetech which puts them into further corner.
