I believe they need to come up with at least another $3.25 million dollars somewhere to get a full scale test plant up and running if that money comes from DoE or perhaps State of Wyoming or even the town of Gillette then this stock should see $1.00+ as it will finally show someone believes in their technology on a commercially viable scale and put their money behind it. Once/if that happens investor sentiment may take it much higher than $1.00.... However if they have to dilute to come up with that money it will be painful until the capital they need has been raised....
I do believe one way or another they will try moving forward in Wyoming.
