Nope. I don't think APDN will have another capital raise for at least another 2 - 3 years...if that.

First of all, they already have a 4.5 million share PIPE going on with Sabby. As I stated before, I estimate that only ~ 2 million shares have been liquidated. Thus, they have another ~ 2.5 million to go.

Secondly, I believe they are already cash-positive with the current number of contracts. The deal with Sabby for 4.5 million shares was to build up their war chest to expand their manufacturing capabilities to handle some big orders they are expecting.

I think Goldman Sachs will agree with my assessment.

NOW is the time to accumulate because once the PIPE is completely liquidated, you won't be able to buy shares this cheap ever again. (In my humble opinion, of course!)
