I doubt there is a market for the shares at any price.

Chapter 7 is total liquidation.

The bankruptcy court will assume all shareholders will object to any distribution and there just isn't much that shareholders can do.

Usually on Q plays there is one run from frontloaders who do a pump and dump - after that it is time to move on.
