"I think it was fairly obvious that SRSR could not come up with the needed documentation to get approval for the deal. It is kind of like renewing a driver's license or getting a passport. Either you have to correct forms filled out and correct documentation to get the official approval or not.
With SRSR, it was not. One should not be surprised or shocked if the past documentation needed was missing or not all there given the past management of the fired. Either you have what is needed or you don't.
Perhaps with the incoming of Otto. due to the new funding of the Shining Tree sell and etc..., he might have the brilliance to do something with what is needed to get the approval made."
