Bob, You do know the correlation between...

... folks with superior navigation, programming & car driving skills
having larger hippocampus than people not associated with these skills.

Your post fully describes this once a few words are substituted.

Message Board programming skills largely involves interacting with the members
through all of your senses to determine what it's doing and what it needs you
to do, and making habits and instinct out of actions that are counter-intuitive
until you have them explained properly and put them into production.

Like over or under-doing IH's Ignore feature when members rotates too much
and leave uncontrolled skid marks on Matt's Q&A board there is a tendency to
not accelerate into the existing code for Ignore when members are confused,
even when it's the correct thing to do.

Board programming and extreme car driving need having to put your mind into
a completely different operating mode from normal, communicating with people
and a "its alive" racing car machine in the ways it communicates back with you.

If you decide to hire a programmer for IH here, first see if they are able
to drive a car safe beyond the normal :)
