I don't get it, there are lot of talks about getting the FDA approval for Mac and Zop on this side. As far as I know, they have a meeting this month with the FDA to decide if they should send an application for an approval. DD stated they would do that in 3.q if they meeting was positive, and if they get an approval they could launch in 1q 18.
They release top data for Zop late April, and according to DD they will send an application 3q, if the data are positive and launch 1q if everything is positive.

Am I right or wrong?

The new ATM seems like a good thing to do. Maybe they try to protect the shareholders this time. But again they may not be able to attract any investors because of there bad reputation, so what else can they do?

What scares me is if the zopdata are bad or need a new phase three ? Then they will burn investors money for the third time. I have been burned once, so I am a little cautious this time.
