Pope has been baiting people for months on IJJC.com and even Twitter. If he doesn't close a collaborative deal after all the hints and waiting, this ticker is toast without a new CEO imo. Started with PURA and PTSD, then Twitter and the touted web site membership count, then PURA once again, now some Cannabis Testing collaboration which seems promising if true. If he comes through, all good and kudos. If it's a bunch of bullshit, this will get ugly in the coming weeks imo.
