So the r/s was filed for in what, May of 2016? And please correct me if that date is incorrect, but I thought I read May, '16 somewhere.

How long does it generally take from when a r/s is filed until it's executed, providing it's approved?

While I've been trading for a long time I'm relatively new to trading OTC and still learning. So I appreciate any and all replies that are informative and accurate.
