That is correct. But I think the IRS would be the ones to go to. From my experience they seem to act faster. Adrian already left the country once (my guess to hide $$) within the past 3 months. No way he spent more than 300K on administrative and outside services. Way easier to follow a money trail. Than say going through phone recordings and text messages. However maybe he deserves a DOUBLE BANG. By the SEC and the IRS.
